There is no such thing as thrown ‘away‘. Realistically, we should say thrown into recycling, thrown into incineration or worse still, thrown into landfill.
Every item we use has an expiration date but it is our responsibility to ensure that what we use goes to the correct place once we are finished with it. We know this isn’t always the easiest thing to do.
To help our community, we have established a Community Recycling Station, that is:
- Open to the public
- Free to use
- Everything gets recycled
The station is run and maintained by volunteers so please follow the guidance provided to help make it easier for us to process the recycling and ensure things don’t go to waste.
